Shariah-compliant economic platform

Save together.
Own real gold.

Sikkra unites community savings, risk-sharing participation, and gold-backed digital ownership into one platform built from the ground up on Islamic principles, free from riba, gharar, and maysir.

Our Vision

Finance that protects religion, life, and intellect.

Sikkra is designed from the ground up according to Maqasid al-Shariah, the higher objectives Islamic law exists to protect.

Sikkra is the unified platform that brings together community savings (Moneypool), performance-linked investor participation, and gold-backed digital ownership (GLD): one economic space, not three disconnected products.

What problem does Sikkra solve?
Many Muslim families lack simple, trustworthy tools for group savings, clean investment participation, and real gold ownership. Most existing options involve interest, excessive uncertainty, or are inaccessible to ordinary earners. Sikkra offers clear, asset-backed, risk-sharing alternatives instead.
Is Sikkra only for Muslims?
Sikkra is built on Islamic principles and primarily serves Muslim families who want their finances to align with their faith, but its core features, transparent community savings, risk-sharing participation, and real gold ownership, can be valuable to anyone seeking ethical, asset-backed financial tools.
Savings & Participation

Moneypool

Two clear paths: mutual assistance through rotating pools, and optional participation in the platform's own performance.
Path 01

Community Rotating Pools

Grounded in ta'awun: mutual assistance. Members contribute a fixed amount on a regular schedule into a shared pool of exactly 50 members, always 50, simple, transparent, and continuous; each cycle, one member receives the full pot.

  • Fixed contributions, fortnightly, with no interest, ever
  • One payout per cycle, transparent wakalah fee only
  • Continuous liquidity so pools never wait to start
Path 02

Platform Investor Tokens

Optional units sharing in the platform's actual performance, in the spirit of mudarabah and musharakah. Returns are never fixed or guaranteed; they depend on real results and genuine risk-sharing.

  • Performance-linked, never a fixed or promised yield
  • Locked until your 3-year minimum ends, or 75% of supply sells, disclosed before purchase
  • Not a riba product: true risk-sharing, not lending
How the lock-up & secondary market work ↓

Do both, freely

Join community pools, convert earnings into GLD, or withdraw. Every payout gives you a clear choice. Investor Tokens are the one exception: once bought, they're locked for a minimum of three years.

Fees shown up front

Every wakalah percentage is disclosed before any action is confirmed, and no interest is ever charged to a participant.

Every pool holds exactly 50 members. Each cycle, one member, highlighted here, receives the full pot. Over a full rotation, everyone's turn comes exactly once.

Traditional group savings vs. Sikkra Moneypool

Traditional group savings
! Manual organizer ? Who to trust? Payout ! Stalls, disputes, or drop-outs
Members send contributions to one person's manual ledger. Trust and timing rest on them alone.
  • Manual: one person's notebook or spreadsheet holds everyone's trust
  • Trust issues: no independent record of who is owed what, or when
  • Disruptions: one missed payment or drop-out can stall the whole group
Sikkra Moneypool
Structured engine Wakalah fee disclosed upfront Payout Continuous: next cycle starts at once
Contributions flow through a structured, fee-disclosed engine, and the next cycle begins the moment one ends.
  • Structured: exactly 50 members, the payout order set and disclosed from day one
  • Transparent wakalah fee: one disclosed percentage, shown before every payout
  • Continuous pools: the moment one cycle pays out, the next begins

Risk-Sharing Participation

Platform Investor Tokens

Optional units that share in Sikkra's actual performance: real risk, real reward, no promises.

Investor Tokens let you go beyond saving and hold a direct stake in how well the platform itself performs, in the spirit of mudarabah and musharakah. There's no fixed return, no guarantee, and no debt involved: what you receive, if anything, depends entirely on real results.

Fixed supply, pure pro-rata share

A fixed 1,000,000,000 tokens exist, issued at $1.00 each, with no inflationary minting. Whatever you hold, your share of any eligible platform performance profit is exactly:

(tokens held ÷ 1,000,000,000) × eligible profit pool

Example: 20,000,000 tokens → 2% of that pool, if profits exist. Never guaranteed.

Tiers are access, not return. Community, Builder, Anchor, and Foundation tiers only change fee preferences and platform access; every tier uses the exact same formula above. There is no 50/60/70-style differential return by tier; that would function like a fixed return, which is exactly what Sikkra's tokenomics are designed to avoid.

Pre-secondary: no GLD conversion, no cash withdrawal.

Once purchased, Investor Tokens are not freely transferable, cannot be converted into GLD, and cannot be withdrawn as cash, until your personal 3-year minimum lock-up ends, or 75% of total token supply has been sold platform-wide, whichever happens first. At that point tokens become eligible for Sikkra's secondary P2P market: trading between willing buyers and sellers, with no guaranteed buyer, price, or profit. This is disclosed before you buy, never discovered afterward.

No fixed return

Any benefit depends on the platform's real performance. A stronger period can mean more; a weaker one can mean less, or nothing at all.

Capital is genuinely at risk

This is risk-sharing, not lending. There's no principal guarantee. The whole point is that outcomes track real results, in both directions.

Gold-Backed Ownership

GLD

Every GLD is intended to be backed by allocated physical gold, held under dual-control custody, with a target 100% reserve ratio.
Allocated, not pooled

Real gold, independently verified

High-purity physical gold, held under dual-control custody with regular independent audits and public proof-of-reserve reporting, central to avoiding gharar and establishing genuine ownership.

Can I redeem GLD for physical gold?
Yes, in standard sizes such as coins, small bullion bars, and larger bullion bars, subject to availability and the published redemption schedule. Choose vault storage, partner-vault collection, or insured delivery where available.
How does GLD connect to Moneypool?
Earnings from community pools or proceeds from investor tokens can be converted into GLD, turning disciplined short-term savings and performance participation into lasting, inflation-resistant gold ownership.
What keeps the value honest?
Wakalah fee revenue is used, in part, to acquire additional gold for the reserve. Real usage of the platform is what strengthens the backing behind every token, not speculation or leverage.

The Loop

A self-reinforcing ecosystem

Ecosystem Commerce buy · sell · send · spend remit · redeem gold Wakalah Fees on every transaction Allocated Vault audited physical gold GLD gold-backed ownership generates fees 40% buys gold backs 100% trust draws more commerce
Every activity across the ecosystem (buying, selling, and sending GLD; buying goods and services with GLD; remittance; and redeeming physical gold as coins or bullion) generates a wakalah fee. 40% of those fees are spent buying additional gold for the allocated vault, which backs GLD 100%; the resulting trust and value draw more commerce back into the ecosystem.

"The Prophet (peace be upon him) established a market for the Muslims in Madinah, so the community would have its own economic space."

The principle behind Sikkra's longer-term vision
Islamic Compliance

Built on Shariah principles

Committed to independent scholarly review, and open to working with the Shariah boards of partner institutions.
No Ribainterest

Community pools use only wakalah fees. Investor tokens offer no fixed or guaranteed return; any benefit depends on actual platform performance and genuine risk-sharing. There is no lending at interest, anywhere in the system.

A member who needs their payout early can't be charged a fee that grows the longer they wait; that would be riba. Any accommodation must be a flat, disclosed service fee, agreed up front, that never compounds over time.
No Ghararuncertainty

Rules, fees, ownership, and reserve status are designed to be clear and visible. Gold is allocated, not pooled, and subject to independent verification. Users see key information before confirming any action, including the mandatory three-year Investor Token lock-up (or the 75%-of-supply secondary-market trigger, whichever comes first), disclosed in full before purchase, never discovered afterward.

Before you redeem GLD for physical gold, the exact coin/bar sizes, fees, and delivery options are shown up front. Nothing is decided after you've already committed, and the gold behind your tokens is allocated to you specifically, not a shared, ambiguous pool.
No Maysirspeculation

No leverage, no gambling elements, no speculative structures. Growth comes from real economic activity and real asset appreciation, not extraction.

There's no leveraged trading, no lottery-style payout, and no way to "bet" on which member gets the pot next; the rotation order is fixed and transparent, not a game of chance. The same discipline carries over to Investor Tokens' secondary P2P market: it's never marketed as a guaranteed gain, and outcomes depend on real platform activity and willing counterparties, not chance.

Zakat, by design.

Holdings above the nisab threshold for a full hawl are eligible for Zakat. Sikkra plans an opt-in Zakat calculator so participants can see what's due and distribute it, without the platform ever charging a Zakat fee itself.

A tool, not the source of compliance.

Sikkra plans to use blockchain purely as a transparency and record-keeping layer, for GLD issuance and ownership, and Investor Token records where implemented. Shariah compliance itself doesn't come from the chain. It rests on the underlying contracts, the reality of allocated gold, the absence of interest and fixed returns, and how clearly terms are disclosed.

What actually governs Sikkra.

A fixed hierarchy, in this order: nothing lower ever overrides something higher.

  1. Shariah boundaries: non-negotiable, no riba, minimise gharar, no maysir, ta'awun for pools, real assets for GLD, risk-sharing for Investor Tokens, amanah over user funds and gold. This document is not a fatwa.
  2. Applicable law, launch markets first: every product is offered only in a manner consistent with the law where it's offered; for primary launch that means alignment with Malaysian and Singaporean frameworks, with licensing or exemption obtained where required.
  3. Published platform rules and contracts: pool rules, Investor Token terms, GLD terms, and fee schedules govern day-to-day operation, disclosed before the user acts.
  4. Custody and operational controls: dual-control vaults, allocation records, Proof-of-Reserve, and audit trails, using custody partners suited to Malaysia/Singapore operations.
  5. Transparency and audit: fee schedules, the gold-buyback split, NAV methodology, reserve reports, and token rules, all published.
  6. Blockchain as record, not sovereign: on-chain records support transparency of ownership; they never override Shariah, law, or contracts.

The Path

How Sikkra works

Registration takes minutes: verify your identity once, then pick a pool tier by contribution size, opt into Platform Investor Tokens, or do both. Nothing is locked in until every fee has been shown to you.

Every contribution and purchase shows its wakalah fee before you confirm. Pool contributions are fixed and fortnightly; GLD purchases settle at the platform's current target NAV, backed gram-for-gram by newly allocated gold.

Redemption follows a published schedule and standard product sizes, so you know in advance what's available. Choose insured delivery, collection from a partner vault, or leave it in vault storage and keep growing your savings.

Frequently Asked

Questions & Answers

Sikkra is the unified platform that brings together community savings (Moneypool), performance-linked investor participation, and gold-backed digital ownership (GLD). It is designed from the ground up according to Islamic principles that protect religion, life, and intellect.
Many Muslim families lack simple, trustworthy tools for group savings, clean investment participation, and real gold ownership. Most existing options either involve interest (riba), excessive uncertainty (gharar), or are inaccessible to ordinary earners. Sikkra addresses this with clear, asset-backed, risk-sharing alternatives.
Sikkra is built on Islamic principles and primarily serves Muslim families who want their finances to align with their faith. However, its core features (transparent community savings, risk-sharing participation, and real gold ownership) can be valuable to anyone seeking ethical, asset-backed financial tools.
Moneypool is the savings and participation layer of Sikkra. It has two clear paths: (1) Community Rotating Pools based on mutual assistance (ta'awun), and (2) Platform Investor Tokens that share in the actual performance of the platform on a risk-sharing basis.
Members contribute a fixed amount on a regular schedule (e.g. fortnightly) into a shared pool. Each cycle, one member receives the full pot according to clear rules. The platform charges only a transparent wakalah (agency) fee. There is no interest. Pools are designed to keep running continuously with built-in liquidity mechanisms.
These are optional, fixed-supply units (1,000,000,000 at $1.00) that let people participate in the platform's actual performance on a pure pro-rata basis. Returns are not fixed or guaranteed. A holding of 20,000,000 tokens is 2% of the pool if eligible profits exist, nothing if they don't. Before a holder's own three-year lock-up ends, or 75% of total supply sells platform-wide (whichever comes first), tokens cannot be converted into GLD, withdrawn as cash, or freely transferred. Once eligible, they can trade on Sikkra's secondary P2P market, with no guaranteed buyer, price, or profit. This is not a riba product.
Yes. Users can participate in community pools, hold investor tokens, convert earnings into GLD, or withdraw funds. The system is designed to give clear choices at every stage.
Fees are structured as transparent wakalah (agency) fees. There is no interest charged to participants. All fee percentages are shown before any action is confirmed.
GLD is the gold-backed digital ownership layer. Every unit is intended to be backed by allocated physical gold held in secure vaults, with a target of 100% reserve ratio and independent attestation. Users can buy, hold, send, and redeem for physical gold products.
Yes. The design requires allocated (not merely pooled) physical gold of high purity, held under dual-control custody, with regular independent audits and public proof-of-reserve reporting. This is central to avoiding gharar and establishing real ownership.
Yes. Redemption is offered in standard physical product sizes, such as gold coins, small bullion bars, and larger bullion bars, subject to availability and the platform's published redemption schedule. Users can choose vault storage, collection from a partner vault, or insured delivery where available.
Net payouts from community pools can be converted into GLD right away. Investor Token profit distributions can only follow once a holder is secondary-eligible (their own three-year lock-up has ended, or 75% of total supply has sold), never before. This turns disciplined short-term savings, and eligible performance participation, into lasting, inflation-resistant gold ownership.
Community pools use only wakalah fees. Investor tokens offer no fixed or guaranteed return; any benefit depends on actual platform performance and involves risk-sharing. There is no lending at interest.
Rules, fees, ownership, and reserve status are designed to be clear and visible. Gold is allocated and subject to independent verification. Users are shown key information before confirming actions.
Sikkra is committed to independent scholarly review. We welcome engagement with qualified scholars and are open to working with the Shariah boards or advisors of partner institutions.
Moneypool (savings + investor tokens) and GLD (gold ownership) are the foundation. Later stages include commerce (merchant acceptance) and remittance. The aim is a self-reinforcing ecosystem in which real economic activity strengthens asset backing, inspired by the principle that the Prophet (peace be upon him) established a market for the Muslims in Madinah so the community would have its own economic space.
Primary commercial launch is planned for Malaysia and Singapore, chosen for their Islamic-finance regulatory depth, digital-asset pathways, custody infrastructure, and access to regional Muslim markets, with MYR and SGD as first-class currencies in the user experience. Other markets, including community interest in Australia and the wider region, may follow only once the core model is proven and local legal and Shariah requirements are met. Partnership discussions are underway with Islamic finance institutions.
Each brings something different. Malaysia offers deep Islamic finance infrastructure, established Shariah governance practice, a large domestic Muslim population, and policy support for both Islamic finance and the digital economy: a natural home for a product that must stay inside clear prohibitions on riba, gharar, and maysir while scaling community savings and gold ownership. Singapore complements it with a clear, respected framework for digital payment tokens and tokenisation, strong institutional custody and AML/CFT standards, and high credibility with cross-border partners, useful for gold custody, professional services, and regional connectivity. Entity structure, licensing path, banking partners, and custody are chosen so that no product feature goes live in a market before the applicable regulatory and Shariah conditions for that feature are satisfied. Marketing language will not get ahead of legal permission.
Yes. A working demonstration of the core Moneypool and GLD experience is available for serious discussions under simple confidentiality.
Possible models include white-label (your brand), distribution to your existing clients, technology collaboration, or deeper joint growth, while preserving full Shariah integrity and independent oversight.
Four phases, building outward from a clean foundation, sequenced around Malaysia and Singapore as the primary launch markets. Phase 0: entity path for Malaysia/Singapore, legal and Shariah framework, brand, and early partners, with no real-money claims on the marketing site (months 1 to 3). Phase 1: the Moneypool MVP, community pools plus Investor Tokens with their three-year lock-up, soft-launched in the permitted launch market(s) with MYR/SGD as first-class currencies (months 3 to 8). Phase 2: the GLD layer, custody fit for the region, allocation, NAV, Proof-of-Reserve, and physical redemption into coins and bullion (months 8 to 14). Phase 3: ecosystem expansion, remittance, merchant acceptance, and utilities, with the secondary P2P market opening only once its triggers and legal clearance are both met (months 14 onward). Other jurisdictions, including Australia and the wider region, are only considered once this core model is proven. A lean, Moneypool-first path needs less capital than running GLD readiness in parallel; gold inventory itself is working capital, separate from build cost.
Eight utilities are on the roadmap, built only once the foundation is clean and after further scholarly review: fractional gold savings; low-cost remittance; automated Zakat awareness (nisab and hawl tracking); blockchain-recorded mahr (bridal gift) arrangements; transparent waqf (charitable endowment) tracking; qard hasan (interest-free benevolent lending); merchant payments in GLD; and limited community governance over selected platform decisions, all kept within the same riba/gharar/maysir boundaries as everything else.
Real ones, stated plainly rather than buried, each with how it's mitigated. Market risk: gold's fiat price can fall; mitigated by framing GLD as gold ownership, not a fiat peg, with no false floor. Performance risk: if the platform has no eligible profits, Investor Tokens receive no share; mitigated by no fixed return ever being promised, and full disclosure before purchase. Lock-up and liquidity risk: capital is tied up for the full three-year minimum, or until 75% of supply sells, with no conversion or withdrawal before then; mitigated by showing these rules before purchase, with no guaranteed exit implied. Secondary price risk: once eligible, the P2P market doesn't guarantee a buyer, a price, or a profit; mitigated by treating the $1 issue price as exactly that, not a peg, and by not opening the facility until legally cleared. Custody and operational risk is mitigated by dual control, audits, and insurance where available, using vault partners suited to Malaysia and Singapore operations. Regulatory risk differs across markets and may require licensing or feature redesign; mitigated by Phase 0 legal advice in Malaysia and Singapore specifically, offering only what's lawful in each market, AML/CFT controls, and a willingness to restrict geography or features rather than force a launch. Shariah integrity risk is mitigated by architectural bans on fixed returns and ongoing independent scholarly review; this whitepaper is never treated as a fatwa. Adoption risk (low usage weakens the flywheel and profit pool) is mitigated by honest marketing and proving real utility with Moneypool first.
Sikkra commits to publishing its fee schedules and any gold-buyback split, its NAV methodology and valuation sources, regular Proof-of-Reserve reports, and the material rules governing pools, Investor Tokens (lock-up included), and GLD. Independent audits and ongoing scholarly engagement sit alongside that publishing commitment (including inviting partner institutions to involve their own Shariah boards) as part of the same accountability model, not a separate exercise.
